Employees are expected to put in long hours with little flexibility, making it difficult to maintain a healthy balance. Career Growth: Opportunities for promotions are extremely limited, regardless of performance or dedication. Career advancement feels stagnant. Compensation: Salary hikes and bonuses are rare, even for high-performing employees. This lack of incentive is demotivating and undervalues employee contributions. Work Environment: The workplace culture is far from ideal. It often feels toxic and unstructured, making day-to-day work more stressful. Leadership and Management: Poor leadership and ineffective management further add to the challenges, creating a lack of direction and support. Marketing vs. Reality: The company’s marketing campaigns and advertisements portray an image of growth, opportunities, and a positive work environment, but my experience has been quite the opposite. Totally like the crappy attitude of useless HRs. I always wanted something to push me to edge, and hCLs internal politics has that quality. Very good environment to fk your mental peace. Management is full of supporting people, if you are a Girl. No pedo, very safe environment. Safe for girls coz no manwhre from management level will take your no from teams and ping you on WhatsApp at middle of night. Hcl appreciate your work and passion and that's why compensation letter are only 6 months late with very huge hike of 2% After 9.30 hours of shift and 3 hours of extra work, you will have a plenty of time for your family and work life balance. HR can Totally log off by 5 pm without addressing your issue but you can't log off even if you have period, fever or almost dying...Read More

One of the worst leaders you will come across in your corporate career who cares the least about their subordinates or agents. All managers are puppets to their executive leaders. No hikes or minimum hikes which we are ashamed of even sharing with our family members. No promotions or if promoted absolutely no hike for getting promoted. They say Promotion is not linked with annual increase. This Company is a joke. They change annexure terms or policies every year so the minimum hikes you get at the end does not reflect any change in your take home. Infact we see decrease in our take home year on year.
