Workplace culture is good and no pressure or deadlines or to complete the targets. Senior management are supportive.

In some projects work from home policy is not there so not good for work life balance and annual leaves are less it has to be increased.

HCL doesn't pay you well... The annual increment is usually around 2 to 4% . Promotions are with 0% increment. The HR is very unresponsive and rude

Partiality between male and female staff. For the girls there is no cab KM range, they can pick at any place but, for the male staff they fixed the KM range that they are struggling and it's impact on their work life or even mental health.

Worst management. Small and easy things take a lot of time to get completed by the senior management (Sarkari Babu's). You cannot reach higher management and keep your point. They will also never reach you. No salary increment or promotion for deserving candidates. You will never get your 100% variable. They have lot's of points to deduct your money. Worst Management, senior management. They hire M.com.MDA , BE graduates for 2.75L. And they give 15k after deducting Cab service, Medical, gratuity, PF. THERE IS NO SHIFT Allowances/NO FOOD Coupons. Ntg extra benifits. Please dont Join as freshers.

Everything else is a dislike. There is no skill development, managers behave like 'sarkari babus'. Higher management is unreachable...too many restrictions...you can't even open YouTube (imagine!) Many more dislikes but I don't really want to waste my time n energy listing them down here
