It is just not dislike but toxicity i can say, the culture here now is not friendly to work if you are Team Leader or even manager cause the so called AVP’s and DVP’s they are not thinking wisely as per them perceptions are going on, whole company is busy in attendance only from team leader to Director nobody is bother to check what’s going on at ground level. your job is never safe. You are not safe in the office itself with your colleagues. You cannot present your ideas infront of the management cause then you'll just be insulted the whole floor because only the manager was supposed to speak in the meeting and not you cause you are just a puppet of the manager. Also you cannot put logical solutions infront of the customers because then also you'll loose your job cause we are not humans, we're just chatbots. Management is pathetic. Management always think to cut incentive of their employees. They always give the target but not help to achieve. Worst management in hdfc process. TL and Manager both are just there to feed on your money. You cant get an off on national holidays you have to work as your requirements are on the peak in holidays. Office politics at the top. If you are a hardworking person go try somewhere else but if you are a licker globiva is the best place for you.

No salary on time. Hr department will not communicate with you and are disrespectful. Specially Hr named Shatakshi and Prabhleen Kaur are horrible and very disrespectful.They were dismissive, uninterested and showed complete disregard for your time and effort as if they couldn't care less. I would strongly advise jobseekers to proceed with caution when dealing with this organisation as a whole.

Worst part of globiva is their salary paying date,like I joined this company on 1 dec ,2023,and my salary was credited in my account on 5 jan,they pay salary in second month's fifth day,this is seriously not fair with employees who are giving their 9 hours a day on a regular baisis
