People at Globiva are good and supportive. Weekly fun activities held, monthly RNRs conducted, they support orphans and conduct health capm. Above all, the will hire you back even if you quit the organization and go back them when you don't find a relevant job outside 🥰😬

Work life balance is Zero, specifically for agents, their life is a disaster. High rate of separation, no IJP for QA, Trainer and above designation to reach the nxt lvl. One person has to do all the work, be it a QA, Trainer, Q&T Manager, without subordinates option. One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

Dislikes

One area for improvement I experienced during my time at Globiva was the compensation package. I felt that the salary was relatively low…..

There's nothing to like about this company cause it only knows how to waste someone's time and destroy their mental health by constant criticisim.

your job is never safe. You are not safe in the office itself with your colleagues. You cannot present your ideas infront of the management cause then you'll just be insulted the whole floor because only the manager was supposed to speak in the meeting and not you cause you are just a puppet of the manager. Also you cannot put logical solutions infront of the customers because then also you'll loose your job cause we are not humans, we're just chatbots. So, just an advice to GLOBIVA please use SIRI for giving the solutions to the customers instead of hiring someone wasting their time in your stupid company....Read More

They are providing incentive which is conditional based.

Management is pathetic. Management always think to cut incentive of their employees. They always give the target but not help to achieve. They always ask to come office even you are not fine, if they don't come. They eat their incentives. Salary is very less.. Some employees worked in uthe office even in chickenpox.
