Unstable Company with Unfair Layoffs I worked at Fonada, and my experience was disappointing. The company lacks stability, and its management decisions seem short-sighted. I was laid off with the justification that my work could be replaced by AI, only to later hear that the company is struggling with a lack of business and funding, making it difficult to even pay salaries. This reflects poor planning and weak leadership. If you are considering joining, be aware that job security is questionable, and the company's future does not seem promising. Think twice before making a career move here....Read More
