Another major concern is the manager's unprofessional behavior; they lack basic manners in managing a team and handling appraisals. During appraisal time, the manager often misleads employees, creating unnecessary hurdles. Employees are not allowed to communicate freely, and instead of focusing on projects, there’s excessive interference in their personal lives. To ensure the company’s success, the management should focus on improving work efficiency, hire a competent and supportive manager, and foster a healthy, professional work environment.
