Nothing to like about this company if you are a focused person.

Upper management never want to come to office always have some urgent work at home and offline for so long busy in their housework and sleeping drinking alcohol even at working hours they plan party and leave office mid night. Hard working employees are given extra work pressure and boot lickers are given appraisal and job securityas well if you are not performing and always praising your manager director you are safe. No resources only pressure for submission even their VP AVP director manager lead don't have premium linkedin account. Limited resources provided limited clicks provided and employees are given extra pressure. Poor incentive structure. After sometime they stops giving incentives also. Not at all professional in the upper management except AVP Anekant Jain all managers are like Chapris. It used to be good company, but not anymore.

Here these so-called idiotic managers will make you work, they themselves do not know how to. They did used to recruit for US, 16 years back when they literally had no competition in the market and think of themselves as some kind of superman. These selfish unprofessional like BPS and V, do not even know how to properly converse in English, they take all your credit, eat your money, and give the credit of your work to other members who are brown nosing with them if you know what I mean.... They themselves sleep during working hours, because one of them have a so-called career in politics so he has to get up in the morning to touch feet of other politicians and he has been taking free salary by literally doing nothing and I repeat nothing... from past 2 years. There has been no business contribution from his side, because he is trying to be a politician. And the other one he sleeps because he does not know how to work, he just knows how to pick his nose and buzz around! On top of everything whenever there is a conversation of Salary increment, they react as if their father is giving the money to the employees, but surely the increment goes to people who are terrific when it comes to brown nosing. They will give more pressure to freshers They will give 3 months to learn development like a school kid then they will start torturing like you have to complete assignments, if you missed something your not capable they will only decide. I am telling they will torture anything like hell Freshers please don't join this company. Thenseniors are worst they are thinking they are the owners of the company. They are working from last 20 years in the same company and same technology and they are feeling they are the best. Seniors are not supportive. The Manager or be it your Team Lead , they will always work from Home, and forcing only the employees to Go to office. Highest level micromanagement. Small - Small politics Or even targetting an employee games are common here If Onsite is mandatory then all employees in the company must be onsite, which is here opposite No new strategies are adopted to make the team work effectively or efficiently. No training and development programs are held. Salary is not On time Low quality food Zero work life balance Company culture is definitely Toxic Negative people, negative environment I did not find any talented people in this company. Everything! Leads, managers, Business heads you name it! If you stayed in org. from 2018 to 2022 you will end up being a Account manager, even if you dont know what to do exactly. Those who are favourites or can party on weekends were allowed wfh other hard working employees or consistent performers were asked to strict wfo as they were the ones who solely will generate the revenue for rest. Leads and managers does not even know proper business communication (oral or written)! 8-9 Females HRs who do nothing except for few. Advice - Please focus on work that will sustain the organisation.
