Piyush has displayed inappropriate behavior, frequently making crude jokes in the workplace. He prioritizes his relationship with his girlfriend, who is his subordinate, allowing her to act with undue authority while disregarding professional boundaries. Her hostility towards new team members is alarming; shes has openly threatened to sabotage careers simply because of her connection with piyush. I strongly advise exploring opportunities with other teams. If you find yourself assinged to Piyush team and ishika as a colleague, be prepared for a toxic work environment. This creates a negative work environment for those below them, who may feel that their hard work and efforts are not recognized or rewarded. Join this company to get insulted n fired. Get bullied, harassed, n insulted by founders or managers. Girls be aware of ur managers. Employees r like tissues - use n throw. Job security is zero. Dictatorship: You won't find any hierarchy here , there's one frustrated women sitting on a chair as a director of recruitment. She knows nothing about recruitment. No account managers, no official team leads. Pay cuts: If you have more than 2 leaves in a month that month's incentive won't be credited. The Overall Environment: The environment is utterly negative people apply for other jobs right on the floor using office PC.
