The hierarchy of the company is toxic, as the higher-ups often show favoritism when it comes to appraisals and promotions. This creates a negative work environment for those below them, who may feel that their hard work and efforts are not recognized or rewarded. Moreover, the job security in this firm is uncertain, as employees canbe terminated without valid reasons and without proper documentation to support it. pay is best in industry, a lot of learning experience. you get to learn new things every day. The company has a huge number of clients which is a big plus.

Work Life balance is not there as I work the night shift. The company needs to be more flexible in giving remote options to their senior employees and trust them that they will get the work done even if they are not physically present in the office. the attendance criteria to get the incentives are not appropriate. if you take more than 2 leaves (90% attendance) due to a genuine reason too, you are not eligible to get the incentives. There are a lot of companies in the game who are very flexible with all the mentioned points and I think my company can be that flexible too....Read More

Nothing. They just have LOGIN Time. No LOGOUT Time. At the time of Logout, you will be assigned a PST requirement and will be forced to submit 2 candidates, which will be later on rejected by so called account manager, her English is very poor, zero skills. New rules are implemented as per the owner's mood. 5 - 6 employees loose their job every month. Massive salary deduction (for no reason provided) and No actual incentives (in job postings they write "Lucrative Incentives") - Nothing as such in real life, they will never pay the joiners incentive....Read More

I request recruiters to not to join this company, everyday you will be frustrated. Whenever I was in need of money, my salary was deducted without any reason. Despite of having 6 joinees, I didn't receive a single rs incentive. FNF amount is still pending

The company is good for freshers to gain knowledge and develop their skills in less time. Working under tight deadlines and completing tasks on time boosts your confidence in work. The proposal writing, evaluating, discussing process set up is good and transparent and allows you get involved in more technical stuff in core IT. Appraisal policy is pretty good as compared to Industry standards. You can grow faster if you're hard working, trustworthy and when performed well. Seniors are always helping and approachable and actually working for you during tight deadlines. Team work is what is followed in Infojini. Politics obviously as in any corporate sector. Few points of concern are discrimination between teams, attendance, hire-fire policy, micromanagement, break timings, washroom facility, etc. No proper appreciation and recognition of employees other than the Recruiting Team. R&R activity is conducted every only for 1 department in the whole office which is demotivating for other departments. No transport facility provided even for night shift people which becomes difficult for people to commute. No health benefits and other benefits provided other than the salary....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as you need to make a presentable and quality proposals to win contracts for the company. Winning contracts is all that matters in the end.
