Everything. - Work Pressure - Very much Timings they said at time of joining 9.30 - 7.00 also mentioned in Offer latter / Joining letter but in daily basis they come to force at 9.30 and not allow to leave office before 8.30 - 9. I Always go to home after 9. - Also they said flexible timing but still strict about timing not allowed to come late. If we come late they directly insult you in front of all employees. We also have respect na. - Its literally like school, if you come late someday they have created Whats-app group need to post like eg. I will be late today due with our reason like Breakfast delay / PG Issue or anything with reason and will reach till 10 or like that. This is not a School. - No appreciation even you do very well always they demotivates you. - They saying that be loyal with company but even those seniors not loyal they go home and ask someone to Punch there attendance even if when they come to office not punch there breaks and all. - If you seriously on leave due to some health issue / medical issue they said your lie and after when we come to office they disrespect you in front of everyone....Read More

They force use to do give high rating in ambitionbox -> Work pressure -> false commitment -> extended daily basis 3-4 hour ( i did daily 11-13 hours for work) -> senior are useless -> They will take your original 10 -12 marksheet and than demand for money when you leave ( in lakh , i gave them 3.5 lakh due to not to involve in any police case) -> they will blackmail you
