1. Colleagues are greate to work with but not said same for the management and higher management 2. Management took reviews under examination (Good dedication towards the company)

when you joi the company you will treated as prince but after completing probation actual the bond game start here are some pointers 1. No work life balance: a. they do offer flexible timing but not allow to take this benefit should be able to start work on 9:45 in morning b. Higher management do forced to stay in office as long as p ossible they came took the family to office and not leave premises until 11:00 at night c. they interfere with your personal discussion even talk about the when you start take family planning or not 2. Underdeveloped of skill sets: a. Start learning online and make code handy to you becoz whenever you create software here you will feel typecasting over the period. b. The late night programming is good but the small small changes under the name of suggestions are giving you a time loop feeling 3. Low job security: Every development they discourage you to giving a statement like "company took layoff right now, you need to stood 52 to 72 hr per weeks in thr premises" 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Work culture: if you done something to complete the task not as theirs instructions even though the code works properly and efficiently, they make you fool infront of every one</mark>. Most importantly the employee friendly culture and management. Support during tough times like COVID-19. Work culture is amazing which is only possible through support of senior management. Seniors always support towards career growth, and also good appraisals in the company. Salary i s always on time, and even sometimes early when there are holidays on salary day.
