They always ask you to sign a bond. Which is out of law. If you don't give any training on any technology then for their concerns they will ask to sign a bond which is really bad.

there is nothing to like. They force use to do give high rating in ambitionbox -> Work pressure -> false commitment -> extended daily basis 3-4 hour ( i did daily 11-13 hours for work) -> senior are useless -> They will take your original 10 -12 marksheet and than demand for money when you leave ( in lakh , i gave them 3.5 lakh due to not to involve in any police case) -> they will blackmail you

They want us to work 10 -12 hours daily without any failure. If we are leaving early from office seems like we are doing something wrong. Appraisals process was very bad here.
