Dictatorship: You won't find any hierarchy here , there's one frustrated women sitting on a chair as a director of recruitment. She knows nothing about recruitment. No account managers, no official team leads. Pay cuts: If you have more than 2 leaves in a month that month's incentive won't be credited. The Overall Environment: The environment is utterly negative people apply for other jobs right on the floor using office PC.
