Everything! Leads, managers, Business heads you name it! If you stayed in org. from 2018 to 2022 you will end up being a Account manager, even if you dont know what to do exactly. Those who are favourites or can party on weekends were allowed wfh other hard working employees or consistent performers were asked to strict wfo as they were the ones who solely will generate the revenue for rest. Leads and managers does not even know proper business communication (oral or written)! 8-9 Females HRs who do nothing except for few. Advice - Please focus on work that will sustain the organisation.
