Shopify Developer - eCommerce Solutions (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Developer to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality e-commerce solutions for our clients on the Shopify platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify's functionalities, along with experience in web development best practices and a passion for building user-friendly online stores.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand their e-commerce needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Design, develop, and implement custom Shopify themes using Shopify's Liquid templating language.

- Integrate third-party apps and functionalities to extend Shopify store features.

- Develop custom Shopify apps to meet specific client requirements.

- Customize existing Shopify themes and functionalities to achieve the desired design and user experience.

- Ensure website responsiveness across different devices and browsers.

- Maintain and optimize existing Shopify stores to improve performance and user experience.

- Implement best practices for SEO and accessibility.

- Work with version control systems (e.g, Git) to manage code changes and collaborate effectively.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools and processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, APIs, and development trends.

Technical Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on e-commerce.

- Expert knowledge of Shopify's Liquid templating language, themes, and app integrations.

- Proficiency in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with back-end development technologies (PHP, MySQL) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Shopify APIs and development tools.

- Experience with responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Experience with project management tools (e.g, Jira, Trello) is a plus.
