The Opportunity:
- Flexsin Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Project Manager to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of social media marketers, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact social media campaigns across various platforms.
- You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic social media roadmaps that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media marketers, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management & Execution:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies, including content calendars, campaign timelines, and budget allocation.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and strategy development to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all projects within budget and scope.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization.
Client Communication & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, project updates, and presentations.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into effective social media strategies.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct thorough social media audits and competitive analyses.
- Identify and leverage social media trends and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all social media channels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, including content creation, community management, and social listening.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
