EXL is a very good company to start career in US P&C field. Colleges are very supportive and management is very helpfull. It is a good place to work.

Management should think about tenure resource regarding salary package.

Job is interesting. As everyone struggle in beginning of any role I also struggled on beginning. However management is very helpfull they motivated me at every single challenge.

When we need to mark the half day there is no half day showing on their application.

There's is nothing to like..lots of politics and mental torture.

Extrem politics, manager ego issue, Micromanagement, don't allow to take leaves, try to control their colleague life's, personal interfere and can spoil their reporties career just because of theirs ego issues by not providing promotion and appraisal and ruin their rating. All the ways to demotivate people if they are not buttering them.

Depends upon the client and the people you are working with. It's the people in the team which makes an atmosphere to work and not the brand name.

Work environment differs from process to process but the work environment in my process is really very good. Both sides cab is also available aur some processes still office permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Incentives are low and also exl offers less package as compared to other companies in the industry like Accenture etc.
