EXL Services is worst company to work with. Their upper management always try to save their ruthless and characterless assistant manager. I am particularly talking about Pune's EXL office. Their security is pathetic they themselves keep on steal things from employees which are kept in locker. work life balance is pathetic as well. but I agree it depends on managers as well. some got good managers, and some got pathetic managers.
