Highly biased environment And dont see fait treatment basis my 6 years of experience Work culture is unprofessional and toxic at Leadeship and middle level Management is biased and prefer groupism and promote unfair practice Which when highlighted via whistleblower had no active response Company policies are standard but not applied unless leadership wants you out of system

Apart from company vision and growing scope of business Everything else needs fair review by Rohit Kapoor as Leadership is running small companies inhouse which promotes worst practise

Its worst and mentally I am distorted due ti toxic work culture Thanks to some hse counterparts They have asked me to change vertical Or seek better opportunity As current leadership driving futuristic technology at EXL at themselves unknown
