The HR team doesn't have any right and authority to interfere in the accounts and unable to help employees in any way, Everything is decided by the operations team. No transport allowance is paid, No night shift allowance, appraisal payout is very low, not an employee centric company, salary day is the last day of month. Work-life balance is worst.

There is no issue in our Exl Company, it was keep good name in the market till date. but issue is our withdrawal team is going on, team manager, sr. team manager, HR, Quality Person, they play a game and target with our some of our team members. pressurized and harassment and targeted to our team member. and keep only some of teammember in our hand. Last two years i was suffering from illness, but above senior are not supported for me, and absconding to me dated 07/04/2023, and till date not provide me any absconding letter, or experience letter and other things also, and also not release my provident fund also till date. that all bad things going on in withdrawal team in last 5 years....Read More
