Clientele at EXL is of premium section and are high end / big names in market.

Dislikes

There is no proper training and development in the company. Also there is no transparancy of communication / interaction with HR and management. EXL is bad as paymaster. The projects are not stable and consistent. So, no job security. HR operations people are weak when it comes to deployment of employee. They do not help assist the concerns and queries of employees and do not take a corrective and timely action....Read More

Work Details

Average experience. I wanted to continue my tenure with EXL with consistancy but due to process rampage and irrelevant deployment I lose my job from company. No assistance provided being into system for 3.5 years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
