A lot of things , nobody takes the responsibility for their actions, they will put everything on agent , supervisors are of no help when the agents need help which is not regarding the calls for their clients, u will have to beg for their time to look in to the problem you are facing, they will squeeze your abilities for their work but will not give anything in return, i am happy that i am leaving this job soon 🔜...Read More

For Associate/Senior Associate level employees, there is no visibility to what's happening in exl. Even small updates has to be heard from Team lead on what's app group. No access to Outlook, no access to hr updates, no access to csr activities. Everything has to informed by manager. No encouragement to enroll in skill development programs.
