Inductis is a good company. Work culture and work life balance all depends on the project. If the timelines are tight its difficult to manage but otherwise the organisation is fine to stay

The only pro about this company is that it is a reputed KPO.

Dislikes

1.) Highly scrutinizing/micromanaging bosses. They keep a record of every minute that you spend in the office. It can get overwhelming at times. 2.) Not very good job security. Since it's a KPO, as soon as a client ends their contract with EXL, or there is an adverse event like Covid, they start firing people left and right. 3.) Average compensation. 4.) They don't allow you to carry your smartphones on the work floor. Like I said, they treat employees with very little respect....Read More

EXL is your average KPO. You are watched during every minute of the time you spend at your workplace, and you are disposed off as soon as the clients end their contracts with EXL.
