Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

Dislikes

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did not have anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. In short if you want a really stressfull and suffocating work environment without any perks or benifits, where incentive is a myth join here....Read More

Communication is terrible. Important decisions are made without consulting those actually doing the work. Employees are treated like numbers, not people. It’s hard to stay positive in such an environment.

It’s impossible to trust anyone here. Colleagues are more concerned about saving themselves than helping each other. When issues arise, management is nowhere to be found. It’s like we’re left to fend for ourselves.
