This Fraud Consultancy make their employees work overtime and ask to do 500 + calls in a day .They work unethically and unprofessionally. when employees demands Salary they neglect and cut the call. There are 20-30 employees whose salary are still pending .They are working illegally and unprofessionally. Ritu Gupta is a rudest person she abuse the workers and Shilpi Gupta is a scammer. Ewyn Services Pvt Ltd is a highly exploitative & unethical company that mistreats its employees. They overwork their staff beyond the official timings (9 AM - 7 PM) forcing 500+ daily calls as if employees are robots. Despite all the efforts they blatantly refuse to pay salaries when asked si mply saying "NO, WE WON'T GIVE" There's no proper documentation or contract this company operates like a scam rather than a legitimate workplace</mark>. The mgt especially, Shilpi Gupta & Ritu Gupta claim to be employees when they're co-founders. They manipulate workers, refuse to take accountability & blame employees' time, privacy & efforts.
