Duties & Responsibilities
The job generally requires the ability to perform the following duties:

• Partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements
• Understanding the clients needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them
• Develop and implement multi - channel sourcing strategy to build relevant talent pools
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and
  candidates during the assignment.
• Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process.
• Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across functions and segments
• Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives

Requirements
