Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates over phone or video calls before shortlisting them for further rounds.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT) with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
