Role & responsibilities
Collaborate and hire clients to understand their right needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various non-IT positions, including customer support, counselors, business development officers, telecallers, etc.
Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and college campus visits to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct college recruitment drives and establish relationships with educational institutions to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably in non-IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment methods and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and educational institutions.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
Willingness to travel to colleges and other recruitment events as needed.
