Job Description:

Prosper Overseas is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Abroad Education Counselors to guide students in fulfilling their dreams of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on education opportunities, application processes, and career paths to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on overseas education options based on their academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.

Provide detailed information about universities, courses, admission requirements, and application processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.

Assist students with university applications, visa documentation, and pre-departure preparations.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and guide students throughout the entire process.

Stay updated with the latest developments in international education and visa policies.

Build strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring trust and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and lead generation activities.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and convincing abilities.

Basic knowledge of overseas education systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.

Ability to build rapport and handle queries professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any field (Masters degree or certification in counseling is a plus).

Experience in education counseling or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
