Tele Caller

Job Description:

Prosper Overseas is looking for dynamic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with potential students and guiding them through the process of pursuing education opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families to provide information about overseas education programs.

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Explain services offered by Prosper Overseas and the benefits of studying abroad.

Schedule appointments for counseling sessions with the education consultants.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the database.

Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a seamless process for students.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.

Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.

Basic knowledge of overseas education opportunities is a plus.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any field.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
