Designation - HR Recruiter

Experience - 2-5 years

Looking for Graduate /Post Graduate/PGDM(Human Resource Management)

Responsibilities

• Should be able to do cold calling for recruitment under supervision
• Manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment
• Design and update job descriptions on portals.
• Need to take care employee engagement activity for sales team.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
• Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current

Need to handle other HR Activities if required

Requirements -

• Positive, go-getter attitude
• Candidate preferred from BPO Industry.

Timings- 8.00 AM TO 5.00 PM

Working Days - 5 Days ( Monday to Friday)
