Job Description

with a strong creative vision and the technical expertise to deliver outstanding results. As part of our design team, you will work closely with various departments to conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling content for our websites and digital campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and develop creative assets based on briefs provided by the company.
Test and improve the design and functionality of websites for optimal user experience.
Apply advanced design principles including color theory, typography, layout, and information design to all projects.
Create and implement email campaigns, ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Maintain and enhance the appearance of websites by adhering to content and branding standards.
Design visual imagery for websites, ensuring alignment with the company s branding and identity.
Work with various content management systems (CMS) to manage and update website content.
Proficient in Adobe Suite software including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator.
Convert PSD designs to responsive HTML/CSS, ensuring mobile responsiveness.
Utilize FTP tools like Filezilla and proficiently manage media queries and Bootstrap for website optimization.
Edit and create engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
Communicate design ideas through user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Incorporate website functionalities and features to enhance user interaction.
Design sample pages including choosing colors, fonts, and layouts.
Prepare and present design plans, along with website structure and layout to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
Good understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles for website design.
Proficient in managing cross-browser compatibility issues to ensure consistency across devices.
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Up-to-date with the latest web design protocols, international standards, and emerging technologies.
Creative mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas and techniques.
Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
