This Fraud Consultancy make their employees work overtime and ask to do 500 + calls in a day .They work unethically and unprofessionally. when employees demands Salary they neglect and cut the call. There are 20-30 employees whose salary are still pending .They are working illegally and unprofessionally. Ritu Gupta is a rudest person she abuse the workers and Shilpi Gupta is a scammer. Management is very bad Specially want to mention Ritu Gupta who is lead recuiter, Though she has done her mba from XLRI But she doens’t know how to talk How to communicate politely She doesn’t know that office culture should maintain a formal pollite work culture.
