1. Flexible office timing. 2. Work life balance depends on the client or internal project 3. Four developer twice in a week office. 4. Joining time bonus and that time salary hike

1. Need to upgrade managerial positions with the best skill set person 2. Need to update your HR kindly do not say to employees overall rating will not affect your hike.
