The company has very good training programs in place. This are just a gimmick, they will make you create financial models from scratch give you live projects for two months so that you get in to a trap with no option of going back.

Once the training is over the real game starts. And why not, the profile you applied for and got interviewed for was never there and will never come. So what now?? The company will ask you to move to a temporary project for sometime till the role comes up. Your temp project is over, you are shifted to another then to another like a never ending cycle. You all your manager what happened to the role i was hired for. He says that role didn't work out, however we are looking for other roles for you. Again you go back with a hope to a new temp project which might be pure data entry, validation etc. A year has passed, your appraisal is here manager calls you n tells you something to improve and that you are new to the team so we can't give much. Though you are not supposed to be in this team only. It's a TEMP, Remember?? Hike comes to shock your bank statement :2%-4%increase. Not even ₹1500 extra than last year. Now you have spent more than an year, didn't get the virtual role that you were hired for, n your option of job switch is almost doomed. So what next?? Your manager avoids you and handles the baton to the HR n VP, who calls you for a meeting one fine morning and says 'see we don't have anything yet. You have to change your field /preference and shift to some other team permanently.' like any normal person you'll say 'No, that's not what i am willing to do and it doesn't interest me'. The HR then opens her mouth. But we don't have anything else. If you dont want to do this, you can search for options outside and put your papers. We will pay you 90 days salary. GAME OVER!! Dont fall prey to this cheap tactics, which the company has adopted recently. Not a single word mentioned above is a lie. People with 5-6 years experience are trapped. There are no perks the company charges you for everything including parking even. Only tea, coffee, water is free. Very boring. Some teams have good quality work. But that's only 20%. Rest are awkwardly bad. But for people who are just looking to kill time n get some money. Or have nothing else to do. This is the best place to chill. No pressure as such!except for IB
