The only thing good about EY was the salary.

EY is a good form outside India I hope but here, it's all about manipulation and power play. The firm believe in women empowerment and I support that wholeheartedly. But, the environment that I experienced was completely unprofessional and to many extents, unethical. I didn't have the freedom of expression as an Asst. Work Details

The work was interesting as long as I was in charge of what I was hired for but soon, higher management intervened in my day to day tasks and behind my back started to manipulate my decisions. The HR is utterly disgusting and is totally biased

EY GDS culture is worst, too much office politics, poor leadership and management. These days they are hiring leaders from call centre and banks who does not have any experience into consulting and proper corporate culture. They are coming with a bad mindset of micro managing and dominating nature. Specially the people from Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon are worst.

Not the best organisation in terms of work ethics because nobody follows the policy here at all. But good thing about that is company is understandable. Leaves, compensation and other benefits are of 0 worries

Worst part is the work life balance. You either have 100% work work work with 0% personal life. Or you resign and enjoy your break.

Flexibility Availablity of leaves and don't have to beg anyone to take your leaves. As everyone understands the need of break even the managers, stakeholders , leadership are all very supportive of planned leaves and occasional sick leaves no matter what I feel the benefits are good

Work culture and people are worst. They play all the politics to spoil a person's life who is honest, working day n night for the team and growing fast. Some people at EY have taken health of employees and left them on at the edge to die.
