Absolutely ZERO job security. They will literally treat you like a joke and not even think that it can affect someone's life! The management is full of inexperienced and dumb people who take impulsive decisions and once you make a MINUTE mistake, you will be terminate on spot with no notice. Not recommending! Don't get trapped just because it's work from home.

The organisation being totally remote is not well organised, from recruiting team to managers all are saving their jobs. I applied and was interviewed for auto cad position, later at the time of joining the HR appointed me for the revit position which lead to a lot of confusion. Not a good choice if you are looking for some good architecture design

I heard "On call Termination without any notice Period or Pay" from colleagues and today my manager and director also spoke about it like the company given chance to them to improve but the truth is they didn't. Company policies are good but the company don’t follow it. No work life balance even you work very hard and they don’t notice it because it’s a work from home job.

Nothing to say. It’s a third party company so if you don’t get placed with the client with more than 3months be prepared for the surprise layoff. I won’t recommend this company to any one. Please your health will get spoiled because of late night work.
