The culture and philosophy of the company were great! The team members were very friendly and it was refreshing to be able to work in such a positive and supportive atmosphere. Additionally, the company gave me a lot of freedom to work on my own and develop my skills. I really appreciated this and felt that it helped me grow both personally and professionally

Dislikes

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides to working at this company. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of opportunities in the placement marketing team and the limited chances to work with US clients. I also had a terrible experience with the company when they fired almost 90% of freshers in a single day without informing them. It left me feeling frustrated and disheartened about my future prospects. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

It’s been more than 1.5 yrs and i am fully satisfied with .efficiently! I love the work culture here and timing is best as it is 3Pm - 12Am, 4Am-1Pm or 3Pm - 6Am. Absolutely ZERO job security. They will literally treat you like a joke and not even think that it can affect someone's life! The management is full of inexperienced and dumb people who take impulsive decisions and once you make a MINUTE mistake, you will be terminate on spot with no notice. Not recommending! Company policies are good but the company don’t follow it. No work life balance even you work very hard and they don’t notice it because it’s a work from home job.

Dislikes

Nothing to say. It’s a third party company so if you don’t get placed with the client with more than 3months be prepared for the surprise layoff. I won’t recommend this company to any one. Please your health will get spoiled because of late night work.
