Nothing to say. It’s a third party company so if you don’t get placed with the client with more than 3months be prepared for the surprise layoff. I won’t recommend this company to any one. Please your health will get spoiled because of late night work.

Considerate and supportive staff, first hand experience with client. Communications with everyone is easier, even in case if working from remote location

Dislikes
Odd timings, and less flexible timings, sometimes overtime can extend upto 3-4 hours, based upon client. The clients are not allways coordinating or considerate, So sometimes working with becomes quite draining and unpleasant. Especially because working from remote location limits the type and quality of information Clients don't get that.

The organisation being totally remote is not well organised, from recruiting team to managers all are saving their jobs. I applied and was interviewed for auto cad position, later at the time of joining the HR appointed me for the revit position which lead to a lot of confusion. Not a good choice if you are looking for some good architecture design
