In recent years company management has given way for lot of cheap politics where actual hard working talents go unnoticed if they are not a puppet to their superiors. Means even if u work harder all the efforts goes in vain at the time of appraisal. The superior decides it according to his own personal wish.

In L&T you get the Job security. Be it Detail Engg or Proposal, you will find a place.

The appraisal cycle, I personally feel they give preference to recommendation from the HOD and do not follow the standard procedure.

Appraisal system is worst Bell curve system. If your rating is High you will get benefits. If vital , you continue in same increasing is very difficult. So your salary also comparatively very low.

Appraisal system, Once you got vital, even if proved your results also getting good appraisal very difficult, so you will not get good salary. Huge difference.

In the name of flexible working hours, employees are working for 12-14 hours most of the days. No work life balance Managers set unrealistic deadline for project. Partiality is done by managers on assigning work - some are loaded with over work, some are free to roam

It's particularly about LTTS working for client locations, their motive is to somehow cut the overall budget by having a maximum appraisal of 3 percent for continuous 3 to 4 years

They do not value the employee or their skill and not even intrested in providing a proper apprisal even if the employee got a 100 percent CSAT
