Job offer but confused
I have 12 yr exp. Curent company L&T and Current CTC is 24 LPA (fixed). Now I got offer from luxoft and CTC 35 LPA
I have 2 questions
is it ok join to luxsoft?
35 LPA is less salary 12 yr exp?
