Working at Dyninno India is a rewarding experience. There are multiple avenues for you to earn great incentives, referral points, referral prizes, and an internal gamification and reward system is there where you can win cool branded stuff. I like the training courses under the L&D department. They help us learn and grow in our career. Sales is a target-driven role and those who understand this role can do wonders here. I have seen people grow from agent to supervisors and then senior supervisors quickly. Yes, there is performance pressure but it is there in all sales roles. If you are looking for work-life balance, forget it here. If you want to earn a good amount of money, this sector and company has a lot of potential but you won't find time for your family and yourself. Either you will earn money or you will have peace of mind after you leave this job. Both can't co-exist. This is my experience and other employees might have a different opinion.

HR, 9 days policy which HR will not tell you before firing. Language barrier trainer. You have a test on 9 day after 4 days of training and u r gone. Just worst. They should call them self as company. It’s like a shop in Sadar market. Specially no team, u r an individual and can’t ask anything from the team members cause no team. So please stay home but don’t join this pathetic shop.

However you will get full support from your supervisors and managers, they are really supportive If they work on providing the services to customers this company can become very large, but they pretend that they are providing the service but actually making fool of customer just to get there pocket fill with money This company is really great but I left because of bad tenured agents and making fool of customer in the name of sales If you have no heart and can let it happen to you what you do to others, this is a really a great place for you to work.
