Hey guys, just a heads up about Dyninno India. HRs are great during onboarding, but once that's done, management shows their true colors with complicated policies. They hire and fire with fake proofs, leaving only a handful of people. No job security after 6 months. They want yes-men, not smart people. The sales pressure is insane, especially for agents. Quality department is a mess, with an incompetent supervisor and no actual manager. They don't know industry standards, just focus on audits and feedback. Don't waste your talent here, no appreciation.

I worked at Dyninno as a Quality Analyst. HR did a great job with onboarding, but that's about it. Management is complicated and they hire and fire with false proofs. They want people who agree to everything. Sales pressure is high, and the quality department lacks proper management. The system is a maze and everything gets more complicated each day.
