nothing to like about, this is a typical lala company, no benefits, office politics, egoistics management, this is a place where dreams go to die.

Office politics, they would fire you at will, many examples i have seen during my tenure where people were either demoted or asked to leave. Although most of the development is done by Indian team, there is a discrimination against Indians, and the management from Riga often point out "why are so many Indians being hired" at townhall events. Most shocking was that HR would provide you an offer letter before joining but after joining you would be getting a different appointment letter in which would be deduction of performance bonus and retention bonus from your given CTC, but because you have already joined, you would have to accept. HR department is unresponsive, there are budget allocations for team events but the budget is slashed and the amount is utilized by HR for his/her own expenses, there is corruption here, never seen anywhere. yes you would be given diwali/birthday gifts but that is also deducted from your salary! You are asked to mandatory give 9 hrs daily, even the time for washroom/lunch etc is being tracked, now they are implementing screen time recording. Mandatory work from office and often have to extend whenever there is client visit, and trust me there are lot of client visits!<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">! Festival celebration is good and activities happened monthly basis. Salary credited on time. Cafeteria is good

Dislikes

Appraisal process is not upto the mark even not done on time and teams needs to be more connecting with each other. Manager should support his/her team not do politics with team members. Salary scale need to improve for employees.
