There is not much to like about the company nowadays but previously they have good people and culture was good overall in past things were there to learn as compared to today.

Favourism Enviroment, Company culture is just to hire new people and kick them out itself in OJT or secondary rounds as they hire in bulk and fire in the same way.They only set your expectations high by providing you good salary and once someone leaves the organisation they will find very hard to get a job as they wont let you learn anything apart from sales.No knowledge is being provided as if they are training donkeys nowadays.Incentive is the one by which they build a report for the new employees by sharing the stats of years back and nowadays earning incentives is a very very tough task working with them as they put a certain bar on it and lead grading system.Job security is NIL....Read More

- Office is located in Prime location of Gurgaon, DLF Cyber City , so no need to navigate in congested lanes - Salary & Benefits are good - Team mates & Seniors are very supportive - Company treats employees as humans & not some money making machines. So they allow Leaves, WFH etc when you need them Company celebrates all Major & Minor festivals in the office & provides treats & gifts to employees on many such occasions which re-inforces the point that company believes in treating employees & humans and not machines - There is no culture of late sitting or weekend working, which again makes it very ethical organization - Seniors are easily approachable to listen to your concern & queries - Office is well maintained & office support staff is always on toes - A mid level organisation with DNA of a startup, so you get to enjoy the best of both worlds - Flexible working hours. Every organization has few negatives, and some have more negatives then others, but on that note my experience with this organisation has been largely Positive only which is great & the few negatives they have are not a Deal breaker - Try to improve upon growth plan of employees in IT division - Try to create a end-to-end solutionlike Holiday & Business tour packages which covers everything from Flight bookings to Hotel bookings, cab booking & Food & Meal arrangements, when you get funding - If possible organize a employee's-family get together someday...Read More
