Nothing its just that i got some good travel experience in that company

I hate everything about that company i wont ever suggest someone to join, The transport the canteen the managers and management its just a hell they will try to make you work for almost 13-14 hours and still in OT they will not give you the money you have earned and they will force you to do OTs and they will force you to do graveyard shift they will change your roster again and again which will make you sick, when i was working there the managers that time only knew how to disrespect people how to shout at them how to humiliate them in a way that they would leave the company, my TL was good but most of the times he forgot to mark my transport my home was 2 hours away and in ramzan the same thing happened and while fasting i had to travel for 2 hours all most, numerous times i traveled by my own when they forgot to do their job and when i asked how would i travel they suggested me to catch a train at 5 am in the morning i used to stay alone that time and as a girl i felt so stupid for even asking them about a resolution, The area i lived in was a part of village but the roads were big enough for a car to get inside but they always dropped me on the when its supposed to be a "home pickup" and i had to walk for 10 minutes on that empty streets at 2 am or 2:30 am in the night when i requested for an escort they told me that they cannot spend 700 rupees per day for an escort and i understood that my safety does not matter to them, my if i explain my 1 year in that company there are so many things i would like to add....Read More

Worst management skills not at all employee centric , like tenure agents are quitting coz of management all are working there will be new joining like me and even they will left working there for like max 4 to 5 months no incentive your OT money will get deducted if you have System issue due to which you won’t be able to complete your login hours so they will deduct your OT amount no greeting with managers supervisors nothing its like come work and go you don’t even know who is manager you will feel like you entered in dead zone worst experience only salary you can expect nothing apart from that worst place and the only decision of my life I regret rotational shifts I’m okay with it but any week they can change the Shift worst affect on your health it is not like 2 months one particular shift no any week they can change you to night shift midnight shift early morning shift extra any week your sleep cycle will get destroyed you will get split week of that will not be convenient...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
