I work as a travel advisor. And this is really a smooth process. What I like most about wns is supervisor and manager's behaviour. Managers and supervisors are really nice to everyone that's the only thing one can appreciate about WNS.

There is no both side cab available. Just one side cab facility which you will get in return. But even if you have cab facility you have to wait for it for one hour after shift end, you ll b standing with other employees in waiting list. No job security at all, process may ramped down and time and despite that you won't get bench period. Canteen workers are rude that even they can't give u juts a spoon if u ll ask for. This company is overall just a show off. And most imp thing, there is no wfh not even you are on bed that means u have to come and if you take a leave that ll be considered an unplanned leave in whatever case. Second imp thing: you ll work on 50s generation fixed system like cpu monitor where somewhere mouse is not working somewhere keyboard is not working but you have to work. There is no laptop facility. If you loose any ur belongings here even if on ur own desk no action ll be taken towards it. You won't be paid exact amount what you have got in offer letter. Worst Management in all over BPO sector. No upraisal and increments. Manager treats everyone according to his mood and removes his frustration on employees. Also he is more biased towards female employees and flirts with them.

*There are no Tea/Coffee machines at the floor for employees *There is a no growth and Growth is done only whn IJP comes that too if we move to other team if not our Destination remain same * Having no hike in salary * Having no any gifts/Vouchers or Sweet box to the Employees for Dasara or Deepavali Festival

Cab service and supportive employees except managers.

Toxic Management, Poor food by vendor, high prices of food with low quality than outside the office. Zero support from TL to top management. All are very toxic, Managers are very very egoistic. Our job was to deal with Skeptical clients and managers too lol.. Zero Humanity, Infinite politics.

Apart from this, terrible environment and culture. The work place makes you realise that you aren't working in a corporate. Specially, the trainer! Deepak Pandey, one of the worst trainers I've met. They show their clients that they have provided their workers wfh but it's a lie, it's a wfo with no cab facility.

Not that much pressure of work, so that employees can easily plan their leave and maintain a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Policies are not framed properly, they update the policies very frequently. Nothing is systematic if you need some information you will have to find it at your own. HR team very inactive and even they don't know about most of the policies.

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. Everything, i just cant express my gratitude towards this company , I was working at Magarpatta Pune office My Hr Swati Thakur , my Senior Management and group manager Mukesh Oza one of the best person i have ever seen. Thank you WNS for everything you gave me. I would like to appreciate Transport/ facility/Cafeteria services as well.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

Worst management they are not supporting those who are not favourite

I have a leave in my kitty and my marriage was on 24th of November. They are not approved single leave all my leave counted under UPL. And I am chasing my leave since 4 months already advance notification I have provided. They provided leave only girl and those who are favourite of managements.

Not providing internet bill reimbursement and provided dongal also not works properly. IT and management team are not approachable to employees and worst work management, they call on WhatsApp call and dominate there employees in terms of Brodband connection work production and Training period. Indirectly they treat employee like slavery unprofessionalism.
