The best part is 5 days working and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday. This is only if you are in the operations.

Dislikes

There is no any additional benefits that are provided by the BCD India apart from the salary and mediclaim policy. The appraisal are very bad, they can hire a new person with higher salary but can't give same appraisal to the existing employee. This is review is strictly for BCD Shared Services Bengaluru. Below reviews has nothing to do with BCD Travel India. Managers are racist except few. Not at all a good place for LGBTQ. One of the employee from LGBTQ community was bullied and finally he left silently. If you are from North, you dont have same privilage as your other colleagues have. IJP is a scam. Person who can't even speak well is promoted as Trainer. If you are boot licker and on less pay then you will be definetely promoted. 90 % of Team leaders are not fit even to be a Senior consultant. You need to plan your medical leave, as per them you cant be ill suddenly. You should inform you TL atleast 24 hours in advance that you will fall sick or you will get migrane attack or what ache you will suffer....Read More
