Work Culture is purely dependent on Reporting manager, If he is from other countries(Apart from India) then the Work culture is excellent other wise it is disgusting or it looks like a pain.

India Management plays a key role even though reporting managers ask them to give an Hike, So India Management is worst for everything, Even though they can't listen or they can't review anything and they can't give proper hike for best employees as well. Work culture is not at all good here, Even though when ever i am logging into laptop i have to send a mail to my manager(Logging in and Logging out mail), If i am sending my logging in mail after my login time(Even if i extend 10 minutes) then Half day leave(Earned leave i have to apply). If i want to take any emergency leave that is LOP(Loss Of Pay), I didn't hear this kind of HR policy in entire World, Even though if the country is for North Korea. They Won't give proper hiking even though BCD management itself moving one employee from one technology to another technology....Read More

This is disgusting to work in BCD Travel India Pvt Ltd. My goodness is 1 year back i moved to new management that is US manager after that time onwards it looks like a software company.

Management was not upto the level of professionalism and favourism towards a selected people which denied eligible people to grow. Company being one of the top 3 in the world could not sustain or retain there employees in the pandemic

The best part is 5 days working and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday. This is only if you are in the operations.

There is no any additional benefits that are provided by the BCD India apart from the salary and mediclaim policy. The appraisal are very bad, they can hire a new person with higher salary but can't give same appraisal to the existing employee.
