the food served in the cafeteria is not healthy. The vendors add a lot of soda to the white rice. additionally, i believe the night shift allowance is quite low

employee benefit served as food, which the food served here causes much health issues, since it is brought up front and no changes noticed, since in person i have faced much health issue regarding the food served, mostly quality issue,where they uses high amout of baking soda. salary and rewards offered should consider as per the market . since same slab of employee onboarded with different dates have high changes in salary packages , the old one gets paid less compared to the new one, atleast it would be appreciated that you could consider the salary...Read More

1. Providing Cab is very comfortable and safe for the employees. 2. Working environment is very good. 3. Conducting HR activity is very relaxing for the employees. 4. Providing food and snacks.

Dislikes

1. Sick leave is not providing. Employees need sick leave. 2. Employees should take EL for the process holiday, that should be avoided. 3. Night shift allowance is less, it should consider little higher amount. 4. Grooming policy should equal for everyone (includes dressing).
