Zero work pressure company prioritises work life balance , our team leads and managers are incredibly supportive and approachable and company organises regular team outings.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the food service has been consistently disappointing ,despite numerous complaints the quality remains poor and sometimes even leads to health issues the management hasn’t taken action , the lack of response from management is very disappointing , especially considering the impact of employee well being.

While most aspects of working here are positive, I believe there could be some improvement in the area of promotions/appraisals. The process feels somewhat average and could be more transparent or rewarding, allowing for better career progression opportunities. Aside from this, I do not have significant dislikes, as most other aspects of my experience have been positive.

People who we work with are supportive and good. Work environment is super good. If they provide opportunity to learn additional languages that would be helpful, like the countries that we support process related maybe Spanish or FRENCH would be an added advantage knowing local language of the client would be a great thing I feel and believe.
